1. How can I purchase Konekta 5G packages?

Via USSD *123*5#, Africell Stores and Agents, MyAfricell App, Afrimoney, ATM, MCX Express, banking apps, Telopay, 5Linhas, PagáSó and PayPay.

2. How does the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) work?

You can browse at maximum speed until the FUP quota is reached. After that, speed is reduced as defined — but internet access continues.

3. Does the customer lose internet access after reaching the FUP?

No. After reaching the FUP, speeds are adjusted but internet access remains active.

4. What is the validity of the weekly packages?

7 days from the activation date. Unused data expires at the end of this period.

5. Can I accumulate data from multiple packages?

No. Konekta 5G packages cannot be accumulated. Simultaneous activation is not recommended.
