• Dedicated SIM (Kz 200 for new customers). Data and SMS only. Calls, international SMS and roaming are disabled.

• Immediate after plan purchase. The device must be switched on with the SIM inserted.

• 30 days. No auto-renewal. Multiple simultaneous packages are not permitted.
5• FUP+
• Basic (5Mbps): FUP 150GB — after FUP speed reduced to 1 Mbps. Premium (25Mbps): FUP 300GB — after FUP speed reduced to 5
Mbps.

• Via USSD *500# or Africell Stores and Agents. Device must be switched on in the correct province.

1. Who can subscribe to this service?

Anyone with a 4G-compatible device (router, MiFi or mobile) residing in the provinces of Huambo or Huíla.

2. Can I subscribe in other provinces?

No. The SIM location is verified at the time of activation. The device must be switched on and located in the correct province.

3. What happens if I take the device to another province?

The service stops immediately and resumes automatically when you return to Huambo or Huíla.

4. Can I use a router purchased from another operator?

Yes, as long as the device is unlocked.

5. Where can I renew my plan?

Via USSD *500#, Africell Stores and Agents.

6. Can I use the SIM in my mobile phone?

Yes, in any 4G-compatible device. Note: voice service is disabled by default.

7. I am already a Konekta 4G customer. Can I subscribe?

Yes. If you are in Huambo or Huíla, you can use the same SIM and router to subscribe to Konekta 4G Unlimited plans.

8. Is the service truly unlimited?

Yes, you can browse without limits, subject to Africell’s Fair Usage Policy.
