1. What is Faz Sentir?

Faz Sentir is an emergency balance loan service from Africell that allows prepaid customers to request borrowed balance or packages when their remaining balance is insufficient to make calls, browse the internet, or send SMS. The amount is automatically deducted on the next recharge.

2. Why was this service offered to me?

Because you are a prepaid Africell customer with a recharge history and network tenure that make you eligible to request borrowed balance or packages.

3. What makes Faz Sentir different from other similar services?

Faz Sentir offers personalized limits based on your history. You can choose balance or packages, and the deduction is done automatically.

4. What does “Faz Sentir” mean?

“Faz Sentir” in Angolan slang means the expectation of receiving something or enjoying an action from someone else.

Eligibility and Subscription
1. Who can use Faz Sentir?

• Prepaid customers (with a prepaid SIM card)
• Active customers for at least 90 days
• Customers with an average recharge ≥ Kz 800 in the last 3 months
• Customers with at least 1 recharge in the last 60 days

2. How do I check if I am eligible?

Dial *210# and if you are eligible, the system will show the credit options. Otherwise, you will be informed as well.

3. Can postpaid customers use Faz Sentir?

No. Faz Sentir is exclusive to prepaid customers.

4. Do I need to register to use Faz Sentir?

No registration is required. The service is automatically available if you are eligible.

5. How often is my eligibility reviewed?

Every month on the 1st, based on your recharge history and network tenure.

6. Do I need a minimum balance to request a loan?

No, you can request a loan with any balance (including Kz 0).

Usage and Repayment
1. How do I request a loan?

Dial *210#, select the type of loan (balance or packages), and confirm.

2. How do I use the borrowed balance?

The borrowed balance can be used to make calls, send SMS, browse the internet at standard rates, or activate packages.

3. Which packages can I request?

Eligible packages are automatically listed based on your credit limit. For example, if your limit is Kz 1000, only packages up to this value will be shown.

4. Can I choose the loan amount?

Yes, as long as the requested amount is within the available limit.

5. Can I request more than one loan per month?

Yes, as long as:
• You have not reached your credit limit
• You have no unpaid previous debts

6. What happens if I do not repay?

You will be blocked from requesting new loans until the overdue debt is settled.

7. How is the loan repaid?

Repayment is automatically done on your next recharge. The service fee is deducted first, then the borrowed amount.
Example: Loan of Kz 100 → Kz 12 service fee + Kz 100 borrowed = total Kz 112.

8. What if I recharge less than the total debt?

A partial payment is applied. The remaining amount stays as debt.

9. Can I pay via Afrimoney?

Yes. If you recharge via Afrimoney, the debt will also be automatically deducted.

10. What if I request the loan but do not use it?

If it is balance, it remains available until used; if it is a package, it expires at the end of its validity. Deduction is done on the next recharge.

11. Can I postpone repayment or change the due date?

No. The automatic deduction policy cannot be changed.

Validity, Fees, and Limits
1. How long do I have to repay the loan?

28 days from the date of confirmation (credit).

2. What happens if I do not repay on time?

You will be blocked from making new loans until the previous debt is paid.

3. What are the service fees?

12% of the borrowed amount (VAT included).
Example: Loan of Kz 100 → fee of Kz 12.

4. What is the minimum amount I can request?

Kz 50

5. What is the maximum amount?

Up to Kz 2,700, based on your recharge history and Africell network tenure.

6. How is my limit determined?

Based on:
• Average recharges in the last 90 days
• Network tenure (AON)
• Payment history

7. Can I transfer borrowed balance or packages to another number?

No. Borrowed balance or packages are personal and non-transferable.

Support, Issues, and Termination
1. I requested a loan but it was rejected. Why?

Possible reasons:
• You are not eligible
• You have unpaid debts
• You reached your credit limit

2. Can I cancel the loan after requesting it?

No. Once confirmed, the amount is credited immediately and must be repaid.

3. How do I check how much I still owe?

Dial *210# and select “View Debt”.

4. Can I speak with someone if I have problems?

Yes. You can call 19333, visit an Africell store, or send an email to apoio.cliente@africell.ao.

5. I changed my number. Does the debt disappear?

No. Debt remains associated with the original number.

6. Does this affect other Africell services?

Yes. Unpaid debts may prevent you from activating packages or promotions that require a balance.

7. Do I receive payment alerts?

Yes. You will be notified via SMS before and after the due date.

8. Can I use Faz Sentir while roaming?

No. Faz Sentir is only available on the Africell Angola network.

9. Can I be permanently blocked from Faz Sentir?

If you repeatedly fail to pay or abuse the service, you may be permanently suspended.
