Afrimix bundles are exclusive offers from Africell that combine high-speed internet (up to 5G) and Africell-to-Africell voice minutes. These bundles are designed to provide flexibility, performance, and superior value in a single product for everyday use, including communication, entertainment, and browsing, wherever Africell network coverage is available.

1• Eligibility+
Afrimix packages are available exclusively to Africell prepaid customers with a prepaid SIM card.
The service is intended for domestic use only, within the territory of Angola, where Africell network coverage is available.
International roaming usage is not included and will be charged separately, in accordance with Africell’s roaming tariffs.

2• Subscription Channels+
Customers can subscribe to the Afrimix package through the following official Africell channels:
• USSD code 1236#
• Africell Stores
• Afrimoney
• Authorized Africell Agents
• Electronic platforms such as Telopay, Pagaso, 5Linhas, and PayPay
Channel availability may vary by region.

3• Activation and Validity+
Package benefits (Data, Minutes, and SMS) are activated immediately after successful subscription.
Each package has a specific validity period (e.g., 1 day, 3 days, 7 days), which is indicated at the time of purchase.
Benefits are valid only in Angola, in areas covered by the Africell network.

4• Package Components+
After activation, the customer receives:
• High-speed mobile data, with access up to the 5G network (where available).
• Voice minutes for calls to Africell numbers.
• Each component is consumed based on usage and according to the validity period defined for each package.

5• Usage and Management+
Customers may subscribe multiple times at any time. Each subscription has an independent validity period and usage cycle.
Packages are consumed in order of activation (first to expire, first to be used).
Unused balances do not roll over after the validity period ends.
To check balance and validity, dial USSD 1232*1#.

6• Auto-Renewal+
To activate or deactivate auto-renewal, dial USSD 1232*2#.
If auto-renewal is active and the customer has sufficient balance, the package will be automatically renewed at the end
of its validity period.

7• Roaming and Network Limitations+
Afrimix packages are valid only on the Africell network in Angola.
Data usage and calls while international roaming are not included and will be charged separately.

8• Expiration and Balance Forfeiture+
At the end of the validity period, any unused balance will be forfeited.
No refunds or compensation will be provided for unused benefits.
