2• Eligibility

The package is available exclusively to Africell prepaid customers with a valid SIM card. Postpaid customers are not eligible for this offer.
It grants unlimited access to any website or service on Africell’s 3G, 4G and 5G networks in Angola. Not valid for international roaming.

3• Activation and Validity

The package is activated immediately after purchase.
It is available through the channels listed above, valid for 24 hours, with no auto-renewal.
It can only be used during the defined window, from 1am to 6am.
Multiple activations within the same validity period are not allowed.

4• Speed

Afrinet Nocturno offers internet access at the best available speed, on a Best Effort basis, subject to network availability, location and device.
It is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), with a 20GB quota per activation valid for 24 hours. After that quota is used, speed is reduced to 2Mbps.

It is available through USSD *123*601# or *123*0*7#, at Africell stores and agents, and through the digital channels MyAfricell App and Afrimoney.

2• How does the package work? +
TIt grants unlimited internet access only between 1am and 6am on the day of subscription. Outside this period, the benefit cannot be used.

3• What speed does the service offer? +
Afrinet Nocturno offers internet access at the best available speed (Best Effort), according to network conditions at the time of use. Speed may vary depending on Africell’s network availability and coverage (3G, 4G or 5G), your location, your device, and other technical conditions.

4• Do I lose internet access after the period ends? +
Yes. Access to the benefit ends automatically at 6am, regardless of usage.

5• Does the package allow data or time to carry over?

No. Afrinet Nocturno does not accumulate benefits or extend validity.

6• What is the validity of the package? +
The package is valid for 24 hours, but the usage window is always between 1am and 6am, expiring automatically at the end of this period.

7• Can I make multiple subscriptions? +
No. A new subscription is only allowed after the 24 hour validity of the previous activation ends.

8• What does the Best Effort rule mean? +
It means there is no fixed guaranteed speed. Browsing speed may vary according to network conditions at the time of use, such as coverage, available capacity, the number of connected users and other technical factors.

9• What is FUP and how does it apply to Afrinet Nocturno? +
FUP stands for Fair Usage Policy, a mechanism that ensures balanced use of network resources for all customers. On Afrinet Nocturno, once you reach the 20GB quota, access speed is reduced to 2Mbps until the package’s validity ends.

10• Is the internet still unlimited even with FUP? +
Yes. Once you reach the 20GB defined by the Fair Usage Policy, speed is reduced to 2Mbps until validity ends, but you can keep browsing without any interruption to the service, just at a lower speed.
