Yes, as long as the device is unlocked.

3. Why is the discount only valid for the first activation?

The discount is an incentive for new customers to try the Africell 5G network. After 30 days, customers move to our standard plans.

4. What happens if I put my SIM Card in another device?

The service will be interrupted. The system links your plan to the IMEI of the device verified in store to ensure the security and integrity of the offer.

5. Where can I renew my plan when it expires?

You can renew your Konekta 5G plan through: *123#, MyAfricell App, Afrimoney, Africell Stores, Multicaixa, banking apps and third-party platforms such as PayPay, Telopay, Pagaso and 5Linhas.

6. Is the offer truly unlimited?

Yes, you can browse without limits, subject to Africell’s Fair Usage Policy.
