- Type *777# and press the call key
- Select Option 4 – Bill Payments
- Select the service (EPAL or others)
- Type the reference number
- Enter the amount to pay
- Confirm transaction details: the service and the amount to pay
- Enter your PIN code
- You will receive a confirmation SMS that shows the service you have paid for and the amount you have paid
